Hi, thanks for your question! While I don’t study this myself, I have a friends who studies diets, he says that the healthiest breakfast is scrambled eggs and brown toast! The eggs will give you energy to last into lunch. There’s a lot to consider for breakfast, ideally you want to have fibre (like from brown bread or oats), protein (eggs or natural yoghurt) and “slow-burning carbs”, which release energy all day and help you stay alert. The worst thing to eat are sugary cereals and juice, because they have low fibre and the sugars in them burn up quickly in your body and you’ll be hungry again very quickly. I have oats with peanut butter every morning when I have to work in the rivers because it gives me lots of energy!
