Question: what would happen if someone got stung by an army of bees.

Surely it is something I strongly advise against, but if it really happens you should probably get to the closest hospital to keep monitored for possible allergic reaction to the honeybee venom.
even though I need to say that opposite to wasps, honeybees are really unlikely to sting you so many time. Anytime a honeybee stings you she die, therefore they will sting you only the number of time enough to move you away from their nest.
