• Question: what is it like being surrounded by chemicals

      In the lab we have to just make sure we are careful and wear all the safety gear to make sure we dont get hurt. We keep the chemicals in presses and make sure everything is organised, kind of like what you’d do in the kitchen (everything has its place) đŸ™‚

      It’s okay because on your first week here you get trained on how to work with chemicals, and how they react when mixed together so that you know when to be extra careful! One time in Ireland a really old bottle of a chemical had to be blown up by bomb disposal expert because it had got really dangerous, so it’s really important to be trained and to be careful đŸ™‚
