      Yes, it is exactly as you said. Every type of flower produces its own particular nectar that honeybees collect to transform it into honey. Therefore, based on the type of flowers that a honeybee colony has visited to produce that particular honey batch you will have a particular flavour.
      Flower belonging to the same species have the same nectar scent and flavour.
