Hi. This is a really tricky question, I have never stopped to consider this aspect.
I guess you want to know what percentage of honeybee die per day per colony. Let me try to answer this in a different way đŸ˜‰

You should know that based on different time of the year, honeybees have different longevity: for example, the honeybee whose are born in summer normally survive up to 50 days, whereas “winter bees” (the ones born in late afternoon) can survive over 6 months. The reason for such a huge difference is because during the summer the honeybees are working desperately to visiting as many flowers as possible to collect nectar and pollen, while during winter time the honeybees rarely exit the hive.
On the other hand, we should also take into account that during spring and summer time there are thousands of new honeybees hatching from their cells every day, but in the winter there are very little newborn bees generated from the same colony because the temperature in the hive limits the rearing and the development of the brood.

So, honeybee death percentage is certainly higher during the spring/summer time compared to the winter, but you would see more populous honeybee colony during the warmer seasons than the winter.
