Question: How does rubber and plastic effect the envioment

It takes a really long time to break down and can cause pollution of many habitats. Animals can also eat them ( Like turtles eating plastic bags thinking that they are jellyfish) and not be able to digest it.
Micro plastics ( made from plastic breaking down) is also polluting the ocean and sand causing the sea floor to lose heat more quickly and this kills off some sea life
