      Once she sits on a new flower, carrying on her body pollen from other similar flowers, the game is done and the flower is pollinated.
      So, it is really a matter of a few seconds. Then it depends if the flower had enough pollen to be fully pollinated or need more honeybee visits with more pollen to complete its pollination process.
