• Question: how far can a honeybee fly away from its nest?

      Wow, that is a very good question!
      There is proof that a honeybee can fly about 8 kilometres away from her nest, even though they are better in collecting nectar and pollen from flowers in the range of 2-3 kilometres from her nest.
